The i2i Centre of Excellence, affectionately called the i2i Cell (industry to institution) was developed with an eye to enable us to see eye to eye with the industry at all times, about all matters – be it regarding turning out industry-ready students with the right blend of academic and personal skills or providing a conduit for placement of students at the end of their sojourn at the Institute or for providing an interface for the ex-students willing to suggest ways and means of adapting the curriculum or the emphasis to the ever-changing requirements of the industry.
The Cell acquittals three fold tasks, to name: Training, Placement & Association with the Alumni. To elucidate, the Cell arranges Pre Placement Training, attracts Alumni to visit the alma-mater every now and then to provide all important word-of-mouth advice on how to be successful in selection interviews to their dear juniors.
The Cell diversifies into providing training in other important areas like Business English Communication, Oracle, Java, .Net, Python, AI, Data Science, GRE, TOEFL etc, with the help of the eminent faculty members and also sends all its students for summer training and exposure to industry. The success of its placement wing lies in getting our students admitted in top-notch companies in India and abroad-NASA, Boeing, Amazon, TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Infosys, CTS, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, Mindtree, Hexaware, Cavisson, Huawei, Milliman, Honeywell, HCL, Hindustan Motors, Piaggio, JK Paper Mills, Sterlite group, My Home Construction, Samsung, Jindal Saw to name a few.

The Pre Placement Training aimed at sharpening the skills of individual’s for success in placement tests. In order to sharpen their technical skills and polish their communication skills and make them ready for the corporate world, GIETU offer different training programmes which are tailor-made for each student.
